Btw... There is more legal action than publicly known going on. It is on the DL until a few things are completed. Dont ask about it here as I cannot talk about it openly due to legal reasons... Pm for details or if you have a question.

Nothing :( he hasn't responded to any emails:( my optomism is fading fast as well. Looks like we will move forward legally. If I hear anything from him, I will post here.

The great thing is, is that we can use his emails and admission of guilt against him.

If he doesn't react, indeed it's time for legal action... He just wanted to buy some time, it seems, and was never intending to send stuff back. I really hope he gets what he deserves!

Ummm, you guys DO know that he never had any armor. As a matter of fact, the majority of the pics he posted of the items he was going to send were swiped from somebody else. I know that the TK armor that he posted the pics of belonged to someone on the 501st that was sold a couple of years ago. This has been confirmed.
Brad, if you're going to throw the book at him, I don't think you should wait any longer. As already mentioned, the only good that's coming by everybody waiting and posting is the comedy relief this dirtbag is getting by reading this thread.

I have emailed him again and no word. Looks like it is time to just move forward.... Mitchell, i am sure you are reading this thread...
People have been willing to wait and see if you will come through, but have grown tired. It was totally up to you, and you have basically told us (by your silence) what should be done. Legal action will resume sad to say.

I really hope some people who lost their stuff are willing to start legal action, so this case can be an example for other people with bad intentions! If this guy gets away unpunished, this could be a signal that scr*wing people over stays without consequense. That would be a really bad sign! I didn't loose anything to this sc*mb*g, so unfortunatly I can't be of any assistance...
