Been a long time, but this is back on!! One reason for the pause, is I ended up redoing the entire main barrel. The original just never had the detail it needed, and I also need to rework some of the mechanicals for the spinning action.
The barrel now spins on a bearing and has a bullet catch (not seen) to arrest the motion.
And now the onslaught of finished pictures.
And a closeup of the heat marks on the barrel to match the screen-used.
It's very subtle compared to the pistols.

Gordon Gekko Can you please let me know the dimensions of the shotgun (roughly) ? I'm preparing my display and I want to make sure it fits in the space I've just set up. Thanks.

The gun is approximately 21" Long. 6" Tall and 6" wide.
These should be going out tomorrow.
