michael myers help

Thinking of doing a lifesize michael myers mannaquin from the original 1978 movie and need some help with what size big mac coveralls to get please. I have a 185cm mannequin and was hoping someone could please tell me what size would fit this. Its hard because here in Australia the sizing is different so any help would be great. Thanks.
