See first post for revised model and updates. Also, here's a few pics of how these are made. I don't have a professional grade CNC, so these are cut one piece at a time. I take about 5-8 passes at .010 to cut all the way through. Also I tried some lower cost bits on the second from the top with terrible results, lots of de-burring and the piece still isn't salvageable. It stripped the bit after about 4 inches of cutting. Due to the small pieces, I have to hold it down with a wooden bar I made to keep the inside cuts from flying off like a bullet.
