I got mine a few weeks back and its fantastic! I used JB Weld to fill in the selector switch hole as well as to fill in the seams between the new plate and the frame itself. Now it looks like one piece. Thanks so much for doing this run.

Worked great! If the plate had been a LITTLE thinner, it probably could have blended better with the front half, and I even filed mine down a bunch to get it as flat as possible. But I'm still happy with it. This is all painted, decided to do it the way the original appears to be, a mix of blued and painted parts.

That came out amazing! Youre right if it was thinner it would have blended perfectly. Now you have me wondering how much thinner!

If there is demand Ill cut some more, I still have ALOT of metal left over and dont know what Im going to do with it
