Max Payne Costume/Leather Jacket

Can anyone identify the leather jacket worn by Mark Wahlberg in the Max Payne movie?

It's a leather blazer with bi-swing panels on the back, button up front, and both straight hand pockets and slanted breast pockets.

The way it was displayed, I don't think there is any hope of getting a tag shot or anything. What would be totally cool is if one of the employees would open up the case for some close ups. Doubt that would happen.

Seeing as how the movie TOTALLY sucked, I'd be surprised if those pieces went on tour, but you never know. If I happen to be up in Hollywood by the arclight any time soon, I'll see what I can do. ACTUALLY, now that I think about it, I'll be near it on Saturday. I'll see if I can swing it.

You're probably right that it's a long shot, but any extra information you could pick up next time you're there would be super. Provided they keep it on display.

Not sure if you guys are aware, but this jacket was confirmed as a Jonathan A. Logan design. The guys over at Filmjackets.com tracked it down. I believe they are available for purchase. Here's a link to a couple of the filmjackets threads:

I loved this movie! After I saw it, I spent literally two weeks looking for a leather jacket, not like the one in the movie, but the one in the game. It's a long & tall jacket with the strap that wraps around your waist similar to a bathrobe. I ended up getting a completely different one, though, because the one like this that Mark wore in the movie I tried on barely fit me--I couldn't raise my arms without bringing most of the jacket almost over my head.
