I will back atacpdx on this one. A long while ago I bought a kit from Matt. It arrived missing parts. Matt never forgot and when he was able to he shipped the parts out to me. Constant communication and lived up to his word. Can't ask for much more.

BUSTED!!! Hah, that made me laugh out loud. I'm so transparent!!!
Still, thanks for all the support guys. i really appreciate it. Sadly, not ALL transactions go so smoothly, and I've learned recently than when you're shipping out TONS of stuff, there's bound to be some slip ups.
But speaking of renewed faith, I had a really great transaction outcome just today with a fellow board member. He purchased some stuff from me, and I got it into the mail pronto. But it did NOT show up pronto. (note, he lives like 20 miles away from me, just up the freeway) So a week passes, and the emails start flying. I KNEW I had dropped it into the mail, but now like ten days had passed. I could sense his frustration growing, so I issued a refund. I figured it was a bummer, but oh well. But TODAY, I get a paypal payment made out to me refunding me the refund. turns out the items arrived 15 days later!!!!!!! He was a good enough egg to send me bucks that he didn't have to. so that was really cool, and made me feel all squiggly in side.
And now, I'm off to post some more pics of ripped chicks, as i sold a couple things this morning

And that person was me, folks! I've heard of snail mail, but GOD it took over two weeks to receive those PADDS. Matt had to put up with a couple of emails, but Matt was very professional and then just refunded my money after I basically told him I had enough of waiting. My surprise when I went to the PO and finally got a "box is too big for your box" notice. LOL! Anyway, I can't wait to start working on my replicas.

I just want to say that I received my box yesterday and it was very badly Crushed. :angry
I had ordered the dune knife, so it did not look promising. :cry
But, Thanks to Matts !excellent! packing of the knife, it survived without a scratch.

That has happened to me. Sold something on Ebay. I live in Vegas, the buyer lives in Vegas, it was lightweight so I shipped it first class, 3 to 5 days. I figured it would get there. After 7 days I get the email and issue a refund too, just to find out that it shows up on day 10. Come to find out that all mail shipped to Las Vegas gets processed in the Phoenix AZ hub. So, the package I shipped was sent to Phoenix, processed and sent back to Vegas. Insane. The next time I shipped something to Vegas I sent it priority, it got there the next day! Go figure!
