Material and mold

Hi guys....

I´m brazilian ..I am wanting to create a costume for halloween predator in 2010 and was wondering what material to use to make clothing (armor) and use that to create the template, this is to have an idea of what I need to.

Quick question are you planning to Scuplt and then cast the armor or you planning to use foamies or sintra and use these templates http://www.thehunterslair.com/index.php?showtopic=10450 to cut them out?
