Hello
I want to make limited run of 10 max 20 full ready to wear Master Chief costumes.
I prefer to make it in one universal size for example 170-175cm( IT will be good for higher person ).
I will make like always full set form eva foam and then make a silicone molds of all parts (I have helmet and boots covers, hand covers molds done)
I will make only chest piece from eva foam bcs of big differences between chest and belly size
This full set will be ready to wear with all straps etc. (You need to have your shoes and gloves , under suit )
About rest of sizes :
-belt will be with longer side parts so You just need to try it and cut out what is to long and glue it fron with back or just use velcro
-helmet - in one size with motorcycle visor, leds lights and padding ins side
-chest - from eva foam in customer size
- biceps in one size or maybe two if will be to big difference between the smallest and the biggest size.
- forearms - in one size
- thighs will be in one size bcs top part of them is big so will fit to almost all
- Shin - in size
Full set will be from good cast resin easy flo 120(only chest piece will be from eva foam)
I will start when I will collect first 10 people for first run .
Costume will be in green on black base with silver damage marks and protected by clear coat.
I can make also in other colors but in normal style
I am asking 800£ + 140 £ shipping with insurance and tracking (to USA, Canada) to Europe will be around 100£ for shipping
I will show you photos of eva foam costume and also plastic helmet made from silicone mold(mold made from eva foam helmet)
Also I can make in the future new cast of broken part bcs I will have your size and silicone mold .
