Hi guys! I included these photos in my build thread but thought I'd also open up a finished showcase for the final images.

Build thread can be found here. From start to finish, this took me about 4 months; and about half of that was sunk into getting the head and its sculpt just right.

End cost was about a grand, mostly sunk into silicone and the foam for the head/feet. More details can be found on the build thread, and I've created an even more detailed thread about the sculpt and paint job here on my website.

Here's a pic with me and Mark Meer (voice of Male Shep):

This looks very good. I love the attention to details in the sculpt and paint. Were you able to get some mouth movment out of this?

His mouth does move if I make it, but I did not set up any animitronics on this mask. The Flexfoam is very flexible, though (if you look through my WIP thread I demonstrate this). I sculpted the mouth open like it is because I both see and breathe through that airhole. Pretty terrible ventilation, actually!

Awesome suit never seen anyone attempt this before!

Looks like it must be really difficult to move around in it too much or see anything though!

It's actually very easy to move around in. See? Not so much. I smacked a small kid on the top of his head with my pistol when I lowered my arm once b/c I didn't realize someone put him there for a photo!
