Mass Effect Blood Dragon Amour Unfold Request

Hey everyone,
I've been searching high and low for unfolded versions of the bicep and shin pieces for Mass Effect Blood Dragon Armour. I managed to find the folded files, but I cannot unfold for the life of me. I was wondering if someone could PLEASE unfold them for me or if you have the files, if you could send them to me please. Thank you in advance (I did not make these models and take no credit for it, would just like it unfolded, thanks)

I drafted my own, but I just wanted to add do try to make as many of the articulated pieces actually articulated Not quite so vital for the arm but for the thighs yes There is very little mobility in the leg armour as it is given it covers the fold of the hip
