I will have several questions about this topic.

I am working on three suits from the Kamen Rider series, ZaBee, Kick Hopper, and Punch Hopper.

My first question however is:

Acryllics? Any tips and tricks? I ask because I need to know how to make the visor inserts see-through-able.

Motorcycle helmet visors?

While I was considering it--I was hoping for a less destructive, more constructive way--Though, if there is no alternative, then of course. Though I'm not sure how I'd get it to do the domed curve that I need.

Hmm yeah. I haven't tried it before but maybe you can submerge the visor in hot water and see if it gets more flexible, then try to bend it over a dome shape.

I don't know of any other way you could do it, I bet alot of others could help though.
