Or they were being nerdy. When you buy storage it is sometimes buried in fine print that after formatting you will not get the full amount. Then there is the phone operating system.

I liked it. It reminded me a lot of The Martian.

I'm glad they referenced her phone being fixed by Fitz to have a longer battery life.

One question though: the portal that appeared on the other side of the canyon occurred between the time Simmons got nabbed and SHIELD's opening it at Glastonbury, but I don't remember any reference to it opening on Earth during that time. Even if no one was allowed in the room with it, you're think they'd have cameras on it 24/7 at that point.

Additionally, once returned, Simmons seemed really spooked by noises, especially technological noises. And she kept that small blade with her while she slept (with Fitz asleep next to her.) She seemed a lot more traumatized when she got back than when she was on Planet X with her new buddy.

Nice little easter egg in the names of the other (dead) astronauts:

Austin (Steve Austin, astronaut, The Six Million Dollar Man)
Brubaker (Capricorn One)
Taylor (Planet of the Apes)

Did they ever say the name of Powers Boothe's character? I couldn't tell if he was playing the same character he played in The Avengers. I assume so, but I don't think they ever named him on screen in the movie either.

The character's name is Gideon Malick on the show, but they never gave him a name for the movie. But I would also assume he's the same character from the World Security Council.

I thought this week was pretty good. Bobbie hesitating is not my favorite thing. That's a big TV trope, and I never understood why. Name a cop show and at some point one of the characters gets all hesitatingly annoying and puts other characters in jeopardy because they hesitate.

The coma warehouse was a little bit anti climactic. Oh, after all this fuss it's just a big warehouse? Really? OK then.

Lash on the other hand was a nice twist and I'm glad they are doing something with that character.

The scenes with Daisy, Mack, and Hunter were hilarious though. Need more like that.

Don't get me wrong, I really like this show as a whole, but I'm ready for Agent Carter to start again. The arcs feel a bit weak this year.

That was great! I liked how Daisy said something like "Really?" (or was it "Oh c'mon!"? I don't remember) after Hunter went out and shot the guy. :lol

In the previous episode Ward told Hunter and May to leave or he would have the guys at the store kill Andrew. Hunter attacked Ward anyway.

The whole episode was Simmons on the other planet, at the end she was talking to Fitz. He got up and showed her the computer and said they would get the astronaut back and then episode ended.

Hunter shot Ward in the back as he dove through the window, complete with massive blood splurt, they even showed that in the flashback, but where he shot him would have been very close to the heart, if not dead on, the next time we see Ward he has no indication of being shot at all.

Is Ward now inhuman himself?
