Question about the NFC side of things...

So when you 'tap' this against your phone...

-how- is it loading the images?

it is loading up a URL to display the images?

(have never messed with NFC much... but always thought it was 'similar' to RFID stuff..)
 
I've noticed some things. Modeled most of it but been busy. Looking at sure recent pics, i think it's stepped on the back side too.


I'm headed to Bay Area Maker Faire tomorrow.
 
Yes yes. Very shortly. I'm playing catchup still and will do this very soon. It's constantly on my mind and something I've started and just need to finish.

I've gone over *a lot* of screen caps and have come up with this model. It's to the point where I've combined multiple shots to get different lengths,, widths, and ratios, and identified all the details I could. I'm welcoming other eyes to find things I missed or where I have clearly estimated wrong, but I'm pretty set on this model. The change that most surprised me from the last model to this one was the overall shape being stepped on both sides, not just on one, if you catch my meaning.
