So, Droidboy loaned me his pull from the Mangalore Rifle production Stunt molds he had laying around and asked me to make some more.

Im gonna use this thread to document the resto process/casting stuff

This product could be added to lighten weight.
But I do not know what would prevent the balloons from rising and making the surface thin.
Perhaps a slush cast would need to be made first before filling.

These were rotocast. Theyre quite lightweight. the varying materials was us experimenting to see what worked materials best
 
Stunt casting to hero prop conversion begins. New aluminum barrel and gas tube. 3d printed resin gas block and the ak-47 receiver detail roughed in.
