Sorry to say but they look like a pair of Marigolds to me... prototype granted but the yellow fingers look wrong and too short and the attachments of both leathers look too machined and dont seem to form together properly...in whole that prototype looks like a binmans glove or as said a pair of dishwashing gloves...

Don't worry Meerkat67, these are far from dishwashing gloves. We're copying the stitching from the originals (which has both straight and zig-zag stitching) and they'll be high quality leather. We're also narrowing the fingers for a slimmer fit, like the originals. New pictures coming soon...

No, we're not doing any armor pieces... just the soft parts, and perhaps some of the metal greeblies if we do the leather parts.

Yes, but it could be a result of distressing and/or use. I'm going to test these out when the prototypes are done, but I'm guessing a bit of oiling will turn our default yellow fingers to the later orangey-brown. This is what we did with our Solo gloves and the results were great. I'm hoping the one pair of gloves will be modifiable to both versions. Stay tuned...
