Here is my quick stab at the ticket. I had trouble matching some of the fonts.

I believe the size if about 2 inches high ( 5.2cm?)

Best,

Great job on the ticket.
Would love to see some of these made.
Wish i still had PS, would love to give some of these a try.

Do you have a screne shot of the framed document on the wall in Spade's office. It can be seen (out of focus) in the early scenes with Wonderly.

Yes, thank you DB. I can see the detail in the logo. The replica on the Fedora Lounge is creative but more of an approximation.

Here is an original Pinkerton Logo, the above is based on.

I allways thought a Spade&Archer business card would be a great prop. I do not know about an address for it though.

Anyone have a good paper for wrapping the dingus in? If not one to print, perhaps a source for something that would be close to screen accurate which I could buy somewhere online?

You would need to find a 1939-40 Chinese paper IIRC from Hong Kong.

MK mailed his birds in a modern Chinese paper from LA, Adam S. found a vintage one.

MAKE BELIEVE asked me if I can tackle some of the paper props, more exactly the theater ticket and the envelope with the parcel ticket:

Everything you see was vectorized with correct-is fonts, except the Geary Theatre, Wednesday and Orchestra; although I found something similar, the writing was heavily modified to match the original:

The theater ticket should print at 100 x 44,6 mm, the terminal parcel ticket around 57 x 57 mm, while the envelope at 314 x 216 mm with the flaps, and the final dimension (with the flaps closed) around 171 x 96 mm.

And as usual, my replicas - weathered:

- clean:

Have fun!

I picked up one of the real 3 cent stamped envelopes to make one of these, but it wouldn't techically be screen accurate since the the real one isn't missing the second 3. Of course, the original prop might be a real envelope with the 3 simply colored in.

Plain paper for the envelope and parcel ticket and thicker paper (around 250gr) for the theater ticket, but in the end you decide the paper you want to use.
