Makers In Oregon?

Just joined the Rpf love this place! I'm just recently transitioning out from the Army and looking to meet some new people. I'm a transplant from SoCal I live near Salem Oregon and honestly don't know anyone here. My wife grew up here so she knows a bunch of people but I want to get to know people on my own. Cheers guys look forward to meeting everyone.

I'm from Portland but I had to move up to the Seattle area four years ago for my job. I come down to visit family a few times a year though. I miss Portland. : (

It's not hat far, I actually just meet another member who is from there darthchromer and just meet another in seattle. Im not sure what it is but sometimes being the noob sucks lol. It's like pulling teeth getting people to talk to you. lol

im from Vancouver wa. originally which as YOU know is is 20 min from Portland......I really miss Portland as well


Spokane just sucks!!! every where I look some one I tweeking on meth, ive never seen it this bad, the amount of homeless is insane !

Yes, It does get pretty boring here, I freaking rack my brain trying to figure out things to do, I can understand sometimes why so many people are on drugs out here, its really depressing sometimes.

Hey bud, I'm a jarhead so I feel your pain with the transition from service to civilian. I live in Oregon and just recently joined here so yea we are out there! I'm in Cascadia which is a couple hours south of salem

I know about wizard would next month, whats the other? I know there's ECCC and Kumoricon but that's not till August. I will be attending Wizard World hopefully all three days, what about you guys?

Rose City comic con is the other. It comes around every September and has really grown since teaming up with ECCC
