I finally got it working by booting up my ancient WindowsXP PC and formatting it and transferring the files from there instead. Now to try it in the helmet....

The "Gutman" lighter from The Maltese Falcon (in the Fatman's apartment on the coffee table) has been added to my Maltese Falcon Display in my home theater room. It's been restored to full working order as well.
