I never watched the show(didn't have the channel in Sweden), but I'm well familiar with the show and especially the toys, not to mention the awesome soundtrack. I never really understood what good the masks did though. Care to explain. Did they fire lasers etc?

Sort of. Each mask had a different ability. They did everything from creating holograms, to increasing strength, to levitating, to shooting lava.

had a buddy of mine who had a 84 Camaro that was red. and he added custom vinyls to the ol` T top, and turned his chevy into the Thunderhawk as a 1:1 scale daily driver.

Me on the other hand have a black TransAm named K.I.T.T. heh.

So I found this thread recently looking for other M.A.S.K. cosplayers... Not quite as good as yours but it was my first attempt at helmet fabrication... Currently in process of building a Jackrabbit mask for my Alex Sector cosplay...

I’m so excited about all this. I know this is an old thread and I haven’t seen any updates in a very long time but I’ve been wanting a hocus-pocus mask forever. I believe some of your masks are not wearable. I’m still looking for someone who can build me a completely wearable Hocus Pocus mask?

Some of you might remember the TV show and the toys...M.A.S.K. It was a big part of my childhood in the 80s (besides Star Wars of course) and i just recently rediscovered my old toys in the basement. I immediatly fell in love with it...again.
And with all i have learned here in the RPF i was able to to make a costume and some masks from the show...and i want to build a lot more...
