Hey there. I'm trying to work on a amazing spiderman costume and I want to gI the Lycra printing route for the body. I can get the PDF file for the design, but I have no good way of printing it. Does anyone know a cheapish way to go about that? I'm kinda on a really low budget, but Im in no hurry! Thanks! :)

Awesome! Thanks. Any recommendations on where to get lenses?

Use the search, Luke.

It's just polite to do your own research first for these kind of beginner questions so that there aren't a hundred threads with the same basic inquiries cluttering up the forum.
But in all seriousness, if you want lenses, go with TJack. He can make any type and his work is excellent quality. Cheers.

I did look around, but I dont want to jump into something when I dont know quality. I'm asking for a recommendation of where to get them, not where to look. I just want to find out from people who have already visited this (I always conduct my own research). But thank you!

It's around $100 depending on the file. Just call FOD and tel them you are working on a hero suit and they will give you instructions to make it go smoothly. They are great.

Hey man I am also looking to do a a dye sub does the price go by how much Lycra you use or the detail of the file?

Btw I checked out neo4designs and I was just checking to make sure... When you purchase a print from there, they send you the lycra print and not a PDF file, correct?

The contents of the download include "how to size your suit" references

The suit file itself is a .TIFF straight outta photoshop.
I bought the superior spider-man print a few weeks ago.

So then, once you size it, they send you the Lycra print? Just wanting to make sure I don't pay $75 for a PDF file ha

Basically, yes.

There's no PDF file in the download

*I thought you were aware of having to go through Fabric On Demand*

I think there is some confusion in this conversation. tanman96, you're asking if the $75 is for an actual print, right? The answer is no, you will receive the file and then have to print it yourself.

The only way you'll pay close to even $100 is if you buy a print with flaws in...Like I did ;)

Oh okay. I thought that was too good to be true lol. Cause I found waaaaay cheaper files to get. If its flawed then I can get it fixed. Thanks for the clarification! So the best place to print the design would be fabric on demand. I'm just tryin to get everything squared away before I start purchasing stuff for this project!

$75 for a file wow! I know one file that is like 95 but most are 15 to 55!

Exactly what I was thinking! At first I thought it was for the print and I was excited, but now that I know it's a print, I think thats ridiculous cause I've seen them way cheaper!
