Luthen Rael's Macrobinoculars from Star Wars: Andor Identified

Ordered a photo transistor from Digi-Key today - actually a pack of 5 because I'll probably break the damn thing with my luck. Also picked up some M2 x 4mm screws at Ace Hardware (or what they had labeled as such), but they are too big so will keep searching.

Any progress on the eyepiece or primary lens?
 
Well today my Jena microscope head arrived from Dresden, Germany. Funny little thing.
