Thanks everyone! I really wanted to get the rails and buttons anodized but can't find anywhere to do it for a reasonable price. They came in at about $15 for the set (as-is) and depending on how many people want them that price may come down more. I'm really happy with the buttons and thank everyone for their words of encouragement when I weas on the fence about doing them. I should hear from Brad any day now, so these will be shipping soon!
My manufacturer had some kind of mixup with my order, so shipping date for these cards will be the 20th of this month. I expect they'll be in my hands on the 22nd, since they normally overnight them, but the 21st is a Sunday. Will keep you all posted.
Sounds great. I'm out of the country so haven't even laid eyes on my saber yet, and it looks like these will make it to my house in the US before I return, so I'm happy.

Still in for everything. Don't need the switch anodized though.
can't we just use aluminum black on the switch button?
I was planning on using some 2 part epoxy for the arrows and black button and more than likely the rails, too

I got the cards from Brad and they came out amazing! Perfect fit and finish. I've started wrapping, bagging and boxing all the parts, I'll get all the labels on them this weekend. I'm extremely unhappy with the rails, we paid extra for a "low taper" waterjet but the taper looks awful. I wouldn't use them on my saber so I don't expect anyone else to. So I went out of pocket to get them CNC'd. I got the shipping notice today for the new rails and will have them by Tuesday, so packages will go then.
