GREAT question. I think that everyone that is in on this run (and more) could use an accurate set of the insides.

I think is right on topic. I would be up for one. Good question. Maybe go one further and light up the arrows with it.

Don't forget, as copper ages, it will change color unless treated to a clear coat. It will naturally darken and eventually turn green. Of course this aging process also is determined by the surrounding environment. I will probably set this outside for a day or two and then let it darken a tad, followed by a clear coat. Copper is a fine material to use. I'm glad he did it.

What is the K@S brass angle?

He must mean a section of K&S brass angle like this, should be available at most hobby shops.

The finishing options are numerous for the neck and runners: brass strip and copper tape as previously mentioned, plus Bare Metal foil, brass foil/embossing foil, metal tapes, gold/brass leaf, Alclad, AK metal finishes, fine art restoration waxes/pastes, even spray can metallics etc.

Nicksdad is giving us a fantastic looking sabre and no matter what your skill level, there are plenty of easy options to fine tune it to your individual liking.

I'm fairly certain that they were developing the Luke ROTJ before they went under. It was never released to the public AFAIK.
