It's Chevalier[/b]

Damn close but not exact, the number of horizontal lines differs as does the weight of a few...

Could be Escorial or another version of Chevalier -- there are so many out there.

also in those pics the spacing between the L and E looks off. if you want it perfect you may just have to do it by hand. :/

Hmm.

The letters you've chosen to compare are the lower case. They only have eight horizontal lines whilst the upper case have ten lines, the same as the sample posted. This font uses an upper case style for both upper and lower case but differentiates with size and the number of hatching lines.

Juno's correct that Escorial is another candidate, but far more expensive to buy (as far as I can see, anyway :) )

That could very well be the case, as I wasn't paying that much attention...

Anyway I'm at a different location right now so I can't compare right now... But, I will later tonight...

Chevalier matches when you use all CAPS. Exoray I think the weird thicker lines on your sample is a result of the way the lines looked, if they are in the wrong position an extra pixel row could be added to the lines when rasterized.

Thanks all for the help.

Sorry I can't show what its for, it wasn't for me....

but,
Kevin, exoray and maybe Juno :p

You have some credits waiting if you need some plaques or laser cutting :)

Thomas

(edit for typo)

I have Word 2002 and it has a font called "Currency." It looks pretty close to the first image you posted.
