Looking for star wars battle droid specs

G'day to all

I'm looking for some good clear screen accurate shots of the battle droids from the new star wars trilogy. I have noticed differences in the cgi and the handmade models that we see in the film but minor differences are not going to concern me.

If you know of any place where I could find such shots or even the movie used specs could you please post the info below.
