looking for Marvel and Dc comics commission

Does anyone know of a good commission sculpter,tailor or both
that has good experience for making marvel and dc costumes
that are more than just basic spandex and the like? Im looking for something that looks better than just spandex or thin stretchy material because to me it looks bad. I need good advice
on direction to get a commission on a dc or marvel villain who would look
like a realistic representation but mostly draw an accurate design from the comic design. Im speaking of armored characters with fabric pieces mixed in. I have no knowledge of a good place to start.

Well our plan is to make the Lex -luthor battlearmor.
We also got a suit we call B.A.S.E. (Body Armor Suit Equipment) that could work for variouse of costumes.

I am not into spandex only unless it has a texture to it on newer creations. The 70th star trek / superheros are over for me personally.

Expection of few carracters like spiderman.

We Spidey's use 4 way stretch Lycra not spandex.

Actually Id like to have something like Omega Red or another evil mutant.
