Looking for info on Depa Billaba lightsaber

Hello, all. Did a cursory search on the forum and couldn't find anything - hopefully someone knowledgeable can help.

Looking for parts info on the lightsaber used by Depa Billaba. This pic: http://www.thelightsaber.com/web/HistorySabers/SmallPics/DepaBillabaGRSM.jpg makes it look like one of those other Graflex flash-gun variant types that eBay sellers try to pawn off as Luke ANH originals. Does anyone have more detailed views of this saber?

Yeah, I know it's a real obscure prop for an equally obscure character, but it's a special request build.

That's a fan made lightsaber (like many on that site) that has no real official ties.
Depa doesn't have a lightsaber in Ep1 so the only real canon reference would be the comics.
