Looking for help with this lightsaber. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Long story but my employer came into possession of this lightsaber last year. I'm skeptical but I figured you guys might know where to start. I've done a good amount of searching and it looks like this may just be another replica in a long line of fakes. (reddit sent me here)
