Looking for help rebuilding my GBU (Ghost Busters Universe) Props.

Good morning all I was wondering if anyone could point me in a decent direction to turn the spirit Holloween Ghostbuster props into working (lights and sound) Screen models. I'm also interested in the feasibility of doing this now that I no longer have my shop. I lost my original Gb props and uniforms when a wildfire took my home last year. Now that I'm in a new place I'm looking to rebuild from the ground up my entire cosplay. I would have loved the Hasbro hero set but that's just way out of my price range currently and I missed the deadline as well. I'm not honestly sure where to start because if I'm being honest, starting over is a bit overwhelming. I was thinking something like the list below. I know spirit Halloween has some premade props but honestly how hard it is to convert them to screen worthy?

2. ecto goggles
3. trap
4. pack
5. Uniform

As for PKE we don’t really have a off the shelf electronics kit for it.. if your handy with electronics you can program adurino to run a wicked pke setup

Ecto googled GBfans.com has a 100% accurate frame and kit coming as we speak, the preorder is up right now and I suggest you jump on board

GBfans usually only stocks stuff once or twice a year.. so if it’s in stock grab it

Trap I only recommend throwing chickens resin kit, his stuff the the elite and every affordable

If you have a 3d printer there are plenty of trap downloads out there but it involves a lot of clean up. There are also trap electronics for smoke and sound which you can find on Etsy that work with these 3d printed kits

The pack.. I would only use GBfans shell and mother board and all their parts. I wouldn’t go with anyone else, I know how build their original mold and that’s the closest we are going to get

Mack factory has officially bought the GB license and doing parts as well.. but they haven’t really produced anything yet.. we have been waiting over a year now for updates and really haven’t seen anything. It’s really tough when you go large scale.. Mack’s factory has a mold of the original super hero that they plan on doing and I can’t wait to be part of that..

So for packs you have GBfans and mackfactorys, GBfans does shells twice a year with Covid it’s become a night mare and they are over due. Mack factory.. well we are still waiting too

As for throwers, again throwing chicken has the best thrower, and can install the pop mech to work like the real prop

As for pack electronics, ghostlabs42 on eBay. (Doug) he makes the best of the best, wicked nice guy.. he can hook you up with a complete electronics kit for the pack

Thanks I used to be part of the old GBfirehouse forums but I haven't seen them since the site crashed in 2017

I never hung out there I was always on GBfans for gb stuff.. but the community is much smaller now thanks to Facebook groups

nope me either.. the forums are setup with everything recorded and easy to access with the search function.. with facebook you see the same questions asked over and over almost daily because they really dont have a search function that works like a forum
