Looking for Halo visor how to cut tutorial

Its the one that shows how to cut out the frame wrork
on one visor so it can be placed over another visor
I know its here some where
but I cannot seem to find the tutorial I seen the other
day for cutting out the visor for the Halo helmet
can somebody please point me in the right direction
and yes I did a search but had no luck
