looking for folded hawk or raven wings that are long enough to drag on the floor while they are folded

So I'm wanting to make a cosplay based on my D&D character who has wings like that of Maleficent's from the most recent films. But I am having a hard time finding what I'm looking for. Does anyone know of any tutorials?

there are several listings on Etsy for complete wings or just the mechanical frames and harnesses which may give you enough of a start to see how they operate and maybe construct the armatures... it appears to be some sort of scissor type motion
