looking for electronics guru

Hey everyone. This is my first time posting here. I'm a prop builder and I can do some simple electronics stuff, but I'm looking for someone interested in helping me out with a few electrical things that are a bit beyond my knowledge. Basically anything beyond "battery to switch to LED". I need someone who I can ask "how do I make THIS work?" and they can give me a run down of exactly what components are needed, where to find them, and a schematic even. I can't afford to pay, but I may be willing to pay for "kits" to be put together depending on difficulty. I don't have time to research all this stuff and try to figure it all out, so I was hoping someone out there may be interested in working on some of these projects. I do most of the electronics design for VoodooFX (and another whom I will not identify. If the customer wants privacy, then the matter is not open for debate). Answers for questions are "no charge". If I pick up a soldering iron, then the fee is negotiable. What do you need?
