You are going to have a hard time with a Mac, I'm in the same boat. A PC user can convert the .pdo file to PDF so you can print out the pep but there isn't a way to view it to assemble. You would be putting it together blind.

If you have Parallels (Virtualization and Automation Solutions for Desktops, Servers, Hosting, SaaS - Parallels) you can run PC apps like Pepakura Designer on your Mac. That's what I do.
