Little help! How to scale jf custom's mark vi foam files?

CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW TO SCALE JF CUSTOM'S MARK VI FOAM FILES

All I know is that it helps to know the dimensions of each of your body parts (length/width/depth).Write them down,and when you go into pepakura to change the scale under "2D settings",you fill in the most significant measurement of the three.Pepakura will correct the other two boxes for you.
Anyone with more experience want to elaborate on that please?
