Liquid Stainless Steel - Anybody played with it yet?

Just wondering if anyone has played around with this yet. If it works as good as they say it does (been on various TV shows, won various awards), I can see various uses in the prop field.

Based on the how to video, looks pretty easy to mess it up, but the potential to give props a mettalic finish is pretty exciting. Could be interesting.

Okay maybe calling a coated helm coldcast is a stretch, and a big one, but still I could see uses for this in the prop world. Resin swords would become a whole lot better of an option for costumes that use swords, paint just never quite cut it.

I can't honestly think of that many prop projects where I'd want to duplicate a brushed stainless finish.

I don't know... I was totally unimpressed by the demo videos on the site. It looks like metalic paint, not stainless steel. All of the applications they show look fake.

It simply looks like faux metal paint.
