Saw the movie last night. The boom box is indeed Frenzy (G1 Frenzy was one of Soundwave's cassettes), and several Decepticons used the hologram pilot/driver, including Starscream, Blackout and Barricade.

Ill post pics etc once mine arrives. I didnt notice during the movie that he had a Decepticon logo anywhere...

however I did notice that the GPX, XM etc logos that the real radio has were all on the model used in the film, so it doesnt seem modified at all.

I think it would be kinda cool to make the little eye stalks that are sticking out of it when hes hiding on the shelf looing around in radio mode :p

geeze, well it is a liquidation store... and anyway, thats still less than retail, every other site ive seen these at has been $50-90. Walmart used to have it, but it was out of stock at $35.

just got mine in! brand new all packaged up still, great prop for $30 :d Ill get pics tonight when I get home, but first impressions, man its small! That little bugger sure can hide!
 
Cant wait to get mine. $43.72 shipped, from that liquidation site. I was just about to buy a portable CD Player, this worked out great, a two in one deal. The movie was great. Kylash lets see Frenzy, stick a $ Bill next to it so we can get an idea of the size of the Radio.

Here's the pics! Now i wish i had some nice screenshots, I know there was a nice shot when hes on a shelf with just the eyes sticking out and his display says "No Disc", i just need to find out if he has a Decepticon logo anywhere...i dont think he did. So, anyone able to make me some of those folding blade disks? :D

Oh! Also im gonna try getting some cd's laser cut to look like folder closed blade disks that he shoots, if I can actually lasercut a blank cd, it would work perfectly, Ill post progress as it goes.

Here's what ive got in the meantime, just printed on a cd label. I put some of the new songs and old songs on the cd, along with the new transforming sound and some Frenzy speach from a YouTube video, heres the wav file for anyone else who wants their radio to "talk" :D

I got one myself. Now that I have it, I feel I should pick up a second so I can have Frenzy in his Radio form and the other to make him Transformed. Does anyone know if/where his Dicepticon Icon is located?
