Licensed Star Wars Props

Hi everyone, been lurking here before I even made an account, but I did want to ask something.

I understand most, if not all the people here value accuracy and the such over having a "licensed" product, so most of the stuff y'all buy come from 3rd party sellers etc. Personally, I don't even know myself, but I have a strange attraction towards "licensed" products, so while I admire the accuracy and beauty of many of the pieces, I have not bought any before.

Just trying my luck and asking does anybody have an insider info on prop licenses and the such? Like are there going to be new companies picking up the SW license or anything? Because the past few companies like eFx & Anovos were sorely disappointing, and honestly MR seemed like a godsent looking at the past decade of licensed releases.

I do know about the Disney ones Galaxy's Edge and Hasbro, but does Disney not really care about their higher end prop market? (Or is it too minimal to care about?).

Just wanted to hear your thoughts on it, and whether you guys have any inclination to purchase licensed ones?

Regal Robot is making some extremely accurate, licensed products that have never been brought to the market before. If you appreciate production level pieces, they’re definitely worth looking into. It comes at a pretty penny, however…

Hey, thanks for your reply. Will certainly check them out!

They dont really care much on the high end part. They even allowed the licensors to take the money and run. (rrsearch for EFx and Anovos, long thread on anovos here which is even sued for fraud) An0g0s tries to reappear under a different name, see that thread so if that company gets the license its ignore time for the offers.
