Lens Plate and Viewer Connector for Lukes Macros

I am about to begin assembling Lukes Macros. Does anyone have patterns for the front lens plate and the connector for the viewer?

I made mine out of some extra "NO-ROT" Brick molding from a window project. It was a thick chunk of PVC that I trimmed down to fit, drilled the holes for the lenses ,glues and secured with a screw.
I made it about 1/4 inch thick and traced the pattern off of the base of the Eumig. There have been some aluminum base plates sold on here but I could not find one and didn't want to wait for a run.
