Just posted the first "draft" of the belt. This is still very much a WIP, but you can see it's coming along nicely.

Posted some more pics of the belt stitching on the first post. One is sinew and one is white. Pretty subtle difference. I've got the mold set for the rings and will be molding the buckle in the next couple of days. I'm going to go ahead and start an interest list.

The buckle is proving to be a pain in the butt. I know there are plenty of buckles out there already, but I want to make sure it's as close as I can get it for this run. The 3D print I have needs some work, and I'm close, but not there yet. I have finished one of the rings and added an image of one to the first post. I've chosen to go with a paint finish on the buckle and rings because I'm getting better results then the cold cast aluminum.

Thanks for being patient. A few rings and a buckle (not the buckle we'll be using) are going to the leather worker tomorrow for him to check sizing and put together a completed mock belt. We're finalizing pricing options and are going to be releasing the pieces individually, as a DIY kit, and as a finished product to try and accommodate any budget. The buckle has been a challenge because I am modifying it by hand from a 3D print.

sorry but you can remove me from the list.....i came across a ton of leather on the cheap so i will be making it myself.........i have enough to make 3 straps for the bag and possible 2 belts........thanks for putting up the thread tho!!! appreciate all the RPF has to offer!!.....
