Latex Sealing Question

hi im hoping somone will be able to help me on this one.does anyone know a way to seal a latex mask after the proside and ink stage to get a matt finish or a way of painting to get a matt finish in the past ive tried clear plasti dip wich gave a matt finish but drastically changed the paint job to the stage where it looked noting like it did before i sealed it.i have also tried mixing some paint and latex but found the final outcome of the color to be unpredicable and giving a glossy finish
