Interested to know if anyone has re-produced any of the Larry Buster Crabbe era Flash Gordon costumes...

How authentic are you looking for? Back in the day they filmed these serials in Black and White, so there was no acutal color to these costumes. They were made in shades of grey and chocolate browns. Bob Burns has one of the origial shirts of the costume in his collection.
