This character is from the first StarWars movie when Luke and Obi are in the Starwars Cantina. The camera pans onto him growling at a worm-like alien whom he falls in love with.

Something to do with the phermones she produces and he found that very appealing with his sensitive senses and all. Kinda weird a wolf man would fall in love with a worm, but he's not about looks, which is quite appealing within itself.

Anywho, enough of my fangirling.

I want to make this character the real deal, in the physical realm. Bring him to life and animate him. I have experience with fursuit building, for I've made feet, hand paws, tails, and heads. I have yet to make a full body suit. This guy will sport digitigrade legs, which I have yet to do in a 3/4 body suit(Head, tail, hands, legs, and feet(No body suit)

The fuzzbutt is so minor and only really animated in the novels of starwars, there are no real screenshots of him to ref from, except his action figures and the movie screenshot of him. So, he'll be interesting to accomplish. I hope the costuming association will let me add minor accents to him that I would like to do, that might not be movie formal. It's just we only see him breifly. i am going to try to be as formal as possible to what we see in the movie. Accenting him with slight details they probably won't mind that I would like to change to my liking. I'm curious about him from the waist down since we don't see that, but his action figures pretty much tell the story.

I have experience building fursuits, for I've made three heads and only one complete partial. My finances are so shot for I have no job and I'm not going to school. I have all the time in the world, each day, but no funds to work on him. I'm also on SSI income and that all goes to rent because my mom and I are struggling to manage our rent so badly. This has been this way for the entire year, pretty much. I've not been rewarded any of my own funds because we can't afford it.

Does anybody know where I can get a voice changer? I was looking just about two nights ago, but I couldn't find anything rigged conveniently enough to where I could mount the mic in my mask where I talk and have the computer box with the voices hidden someplace else. All the products were made so weird, you couldn't effectively rig them to work seamlessly. This would help mask that I was a female and i could make the character appear more life-like.

I think a rough, gruff, or growly voice would suffice with him since he never does talk from what we see.

I'm choosing him for my first Starwars Costume association costume because, I notice, nobody in the cosplay world specializes in Anthros or humanoids too much. That's pretty much the fursuiting realm. That's appealing to me, because it would be quite a feat and spotlight to accomplish something nobody really takes an interest in and you do it well. That is my goal.

Just thought I would start this thread. I don't know when I'm going to start him. But this is here for updates.

I'm working on a stylized tauntaun fursuit right now for Naka-Con, Planet Comic-Con and one other con in 2013. After those are over, I'm working on my Rens Fest costume for the fall of next year. Sadly, since they are not movie replicas, I don't think I can get away with showing them off, as much as I want to recieve feed back. I tried to find other places besides the fursuit forums I post to and there are none. Cosplay does NOT include Fursuits for some reason, I've noticed. People have nothing to say about the fursuit approach to a costume. I don't know why.

I want to be an approved member of the Rebel Starwars group as soon as possible. You get events about three or four times out of the month to dress up and boy, do I LOVE dressing up and showing off my hard work. Plus, with no job and no school, it gets really boring staying at home all day with no one to see and nothing to really do with no funds.
