Kyle Reese pants?

Being a HUGE HUGE Terminator fan as well as Kyle Reese being my favorite movie character ever, I have spent many hours studying what Reese wears in 1984.

At first I thought the pants he steals where scrub pants / hospital pants / jail issue pants as they all have the elastic waistband with no zipper at the front. After searching and looking at many different styles of pants

I definitely think they are rugby style pants, here in the UK you can find very similar styles.

Here is a picture of a pair of rugby trousers I picked up for 6uk pounds very similar to what Reese has

You can see the pockets and the back pocket when Reese is running from the police

Also in the UK you can get tracksuit bottoms (sweat pants) that are very similar below is a picture of my custom made Reese pants

Hi guys

I made my shirt out of a basic pattern using blue white pin stripe fabric. The trenchcoat was from a charity store.

Here's me and Linda at a convention She liked the costume so much we met after and exchanged facebook details. My favourite moment was when I was leaving and she said at ease soldier. Truly a lovely woman who I still keep in touch with today. :cool
