Kudos to QMX customer service...

Hey gang,

I know in the past people seem to have had mixed experiences with QMX so I just wanted to share a case of stellar customer service on their part.

A couple months ago I bought a set of Serenity Travel Posters from them. Sadly, when they arrived, the Post Office had totally CRUSHED the box and put a huge crease in the posters. I contacted QMX about it and they immediately sent out a replacement set and promised to reinforce the box. When it got here, the Post Office had once again crushed it... this time even worse, despite the extra padding. So I contacted QMX again and they promised to send yet another replacement. At my suggestion they double-packed them inside a hard cardboard poster tube as well as the regular shipping box.

Well, they arrived a few days ago and they were in perfect condition. I know the posters are an inexpensive item for them to produce, but I'm pretty sure they lost money on this sale and still sent me replacements.


We've had a few "bad seller" posts around here recently so I thought this piece of good news might be nice to share.
