thank you guys im glad you think its cool, it was a ton of fun to make. The build was made mostly out of shop floor foam purchased from places like Harbor Feght, and Lowes. I wasn't able to figure out how to download a templete without getting a computer virus, so i built it useing referance photos and videos. I rewired LED flashlights for the hands, and some how i found the perfect triangle light for the chest at harber fright for like four bucks. I also covered the suit in a few layers of wood glue and plasty dip before painting the red and gold. For the final touch I sprayed chrome paint on paper and scratched it on the surface to give it a battle damaged look.

I love seeing all the cool creations you guys post on this site, its very inspiring. I cant wait to start the next project, whatever it may be.

That is so cool. If only i was 10 years younger and 20 years wiser. Amazing work, especially since it was essentially freehand!:thumbsup

This is awesome :D, would you mind if I ask if you could send me the template. It's my first time to create costume for my son and since he like iron man, I wanted to try at least by using a cardboard. Thanks and appreciate your reply.

IronMom ^ I actually had a lot of trouble finding a kid (or adult) sized templete. What i did was build by useing referance photos, and also looked up you tube videos to see others technices. I would also recomend a useing a detailed action figure for comparison. It was a lot of guess and check. lol good luck on the build Chengadaza.
If you have any more questions, im glad tot help out.
