Hi all, I'm making the advanced suit 2.0. This is my first cosplay I've made. I wanted to get the white logo and hand pieces really dimensional and found a tutorial where they used Dragon Skin silicone. It turned out really great, but after wearing the suit the silicone started peeling off, especially on the hands and back. Any advice on what I can do to fix this?

Hello, the same happened to me but in another kind of suit. I don't think that dragon skin ends very well in zones where flexibility is needed, it breaks in every corner if you push. Something you can do is to make more layers of white puff paint around it and then putting another thin layer of dragonskin, and when it tears again, glue it with a permabond or something like that. It will make the suit less practical, you won't be able to move quite much without breaking it, but it will stay still.
I'm also thinking about doing that suit and as I've seen it happened to you as well I guess I will better print the emblems and all those parts and just put them, that's definitely the better solution, forget about dragonskin, it's not worth it. Good luck
