KATO Bruce Lee The Green Hornet 1:1 Lifesize Bust statue
I'd been working this for a long time , at last i made it, this is my second time i used rebound 25 for molding and it's great a little expensive but still great.

Bruce Lee is not the first Kato, but for me he was the best and always be. This holocast made out of resin fiberglass it got all details the two collars (white and black) buttoms on the chest and arms, the gloves efects and the suit too, the dart is removable ect.... i will make a limited quantity for some friends, next week i should get the glass eyes and then i will paint it.

First i used 3 coat of smooth 300 then fiberglass with resin and small brush it is take a little extra time but it works, the next one i will use resin only, then fiberglass with resin of course.
Thoses material are expensive and hard to get it here in P.R.

I have never tried using the smooth cast then fiberglass resin, did the resin bond well to the smooth cast? if you order more smooth cast pick up smooth cast 320, it gets solid in about 3 mins, i believe the 300 takes about 15mins to become solid, smooth cast 320 is easier to use for slush casting and is the same price as the 300, also where did you end up ordering you materials from.

i ordered from reynoldsam.com, when i used the fiberglass i wait until the 300 get completed dry, it bond well but take extra time playing with fiberglass and resin.
