And decided to get a booth next year.

My theme is going to be Hollywood gorillas, with a few Wolfmen mixed in. After the last few years I've met some incredible people at Palooza, including many of my heroes in the SFX industry and they are the ones encouraging me to finally take the step.

My line-up is going to include a few well known Hollywood Gorilla mask/bust such as George Barrows, Crash Corrigan, Bob Burns, Rick Baker, and POTA plus a few original designs.

I'm also going to do an original design full size Wolfman display (along with a gorilla suit). I'm using a basic mannequin to display my Gorilla suit but need something more specific for my wolfman. I'm need a "super hero" pose with arms down but slightly out.

Is there a specific mannequin that is used for cosplay or display purposes or do you all make your own mannequins?

We used 'regular' posed mannequins before and then just modified/added joints to get different poses. The bigger issue was hands, I grafted artist's poseable hands onto the 'un-handed' mannequin base with bolts and 3d printed adapters. The leg pose might be a bit trickier, but I still found it easier to cut up a good mannequin rather than try and find a good poseable one that wasn't exorbitantly expensive. Amazing gorilla head by the way, that sculpt is beautiful.
