Hi all!
I do not think this is a particularly good repro, but it is my first and am excited just for that fact.
Thought to myself the another night "I'd fancy me a Raptor claw".
The seller's on ebay seemed a bit shonky, so I decided to make one.
Loosely based on grants, no cast or another to go by physically, just a couple of pics on the web of the original/replica's and a wad of clay.
The replica's I have seen are fantastic repro props/collectibles but I was after something, with a bit more flavor and a personal touch whilst still being close to the screen original.
I've included with each shot an inverted colour example, it illustrates better the porous surface detail I was trying to achieve. Plus they look hella cool!
Was happy with the out come and feel it may be a first on the long adventure of prop building.
Thanks for looking,
Mitch.
